This policy covers the Individual AI Maturity Assessment (this site) — an Insight By Data company. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights over it, including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For the quiz itself and your score: legitimate interest — we can't deliver the thing you asked for without processing your answers. For anything involving email or ongoing contact (tips, drip emails, the badge/retake system): your consent, given explicitly when you opt in. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).
We use a small number of processors to run this service. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes:
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the list above.
We retain assessment records to support the badge/retake system and for our own aggregate reporting (e.g., understanding which tips are most common — never shared in a way that identifies you). If you'd like your record deleted, see below — we'll honor that request rather than relying on a fixed retention schedule.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@aianalyticsmaturity.com, or use our self-serve deletion tool to remove your assessment data directly. We'll respond to any other request within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA and believe we haven't handled your request properly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, and we do not track you across other websites.
We store one item in your browser's local storage: if you arrived through a partner or campaign link, we remember which link it was so that we can credit the person who referred you. It stays on your device, is sent only to us when you complete an assessment, and is never shared with third parties or used to identify you elsewhere. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data, and confirming a deletion request in that same browser clears it too. Deleting your data through our deletion tool always removes the records we hold, whichever browser you use.
This assessment is intended for working professionals, students, and educators. It is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
